Borchers Harvest started with a simple frustration: the best food in Texas was grown minutes from our neighborhoods, and almost none of it ever made it to our tables. It was being outbid by supermarkets, drowned out by distribution deals, and hidden behind generic packaging that erased the farmers who grew it.
We built Borchers Harvest to fix that. We partner directly with small, independent farms across The Woodlands—paying them fairly, promoting them proudly, and delivering their work to families who care where their food comes from.
Today, that means biweekly Wednesday deliveries in The Woodlands — two farm-fresh drops each month — a Harvest Club that respects the seasons, and gift boxes that put a real farm story in every recipient's hands. Tomorrow, it means helping small farms across the country compete with the giants—and win.
