Meet the Farmers
Every product has a name behind it.
When you buy from Borchers Harvest, you're buying from real families you can visit, message, and thank. Here are the farms that make our biweekly deliveries possible.

Winch Ranch
28693 West FM 1097 Road · Montgomery, TX 77356
For five generations, the Winch family has been raising cattle on the same stretch of East Texas grassland outside Montgomery. What began as a homestead more than a century ago is today one of the most respected family cattle operations in the region — still run, day in and day out, by the people whose name is on the gate.
Their herd of Black Angus grazes freely on open pasture, moved often to keep the grass healthy and the animals calm. No feedlots, no shortcuts. Just patient, generational stewardship of the land, the water, and the herd — the kind of ranching that can only exist when a family has been in one place long enough to think in decades, not quarters.
It's the same beef that Morton's The Steakhouse in The Woodlands serves to their guests night after night. When Borchers Harvest members open a box with ribeye, tenderloin, New York strip, or ground beef inside, that's where it came from — the exact same cattle, the exact same family, delivered straight from the pasture to your kitchen.
Featured Partner · Eggs & Honey
True Southland Farm
12241 Nicholson Rd · Conroe, TX 77303
True Southland Farm is the source of the pasture-raised eggs and raw honey in every Borchers Harvest delivery. It's a family operation in the truest sense — built quite literally from the ground up by a family who arrived from Ukraine with a vision, a work ethic, and very little else.
What began as a search for clean, honest food to heal their own family became a calling. They found that the closer they lived to the land — hands in the soil, eggs still warm from the coop, honey pulled straight from the hive — the healthier they felt, and the more peace the work gave them. That quiet conviction is baked into everything they produce.
Today the farm has grown well beyond a homestead. Their farm store is open to the community, they host seasonal events on the property, and a long-awaited bed & breakfast is on the way — a place where guests can stay overnight, wake up to fresh eggs, and see for themselves what real, natural, deeply-cared-for food tastes like.

Featured Partner · Raw Dairy · Est. 2018
Goodgrass Farm
9924 Bilnoski Rd · Willis, TX 77378
Goodgrass Farm was started in 2018 by a young Texas family who set out to answer a simple question: what does milk actually taste like when a cow is allowed to be a cow? A few Jerseys, a patch of Willis pasture, and a handful of stubborn conviction later — Goodgrass was born.
Their small herd is 100% grass-fed and rotationally grazed, moved to fresh paddocks throughout the week so the grass regrows deep and the cows always have something clean, green, and diverse under their noses. No grain finishing, no confinement, no hormones, no routine antibiotics. Calves stay with their mothers, milking happens twice a day by hand and low-pressure machine, and every jar is bottled on-farm within hours.
Because the milk is raw and unhomogenized, it arrives the way nature designed it — with live cultures, natural enzymes, and a thick cream line on top. Members report easier digestion, richer flavor, and a nutrient profile that pasteurization strips away: intact vitamins A and K2, beneficial probiotics, and full-fat CLA from a true pasture diet. The yogurt is cultured slow and tangy, no gums, no fillers, just milk and time.
